We’ve been talking about getting a spa for ages and decided to take plunge a month ago. We’ve been getting our pool accessories from Pools & Spas Windlesham for years and have always found them well stocked and knowledgeable. Buying a spa was no different! We spent an hour being shown different options, prices, features etc. Once we had decided they took care of the rest. They did a site survey prior to installation and on the day were very efficient and got everything up and running quickly. Although we didn’t use them ourselves, I believe they can even arrange an electrician to do all of the wiring beforehand. Highly recommended!

We’ve just had this Reef Spa Sumatra delivered and it is absolutely fantastic. We love it. It is so comfortable with two recliners and three seats. The Pools and Spa team were so helpful and the guys who delivered the spa were so professional and went through how to maintain the tub etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though delivery was pushed back slightly, James and his team kept us constantly updated. I would definitely recommend this company for all your hot tub needs.
